        I was very unhappy with the service provided by Robinsons Removals. They failed me in several ways including: damaging items and not admitting to it, leaving items behind claiming the van was full when it was half full. Failed to take large items apart that they specifically stated they would and could. Failed to protect carpets on a wet day. Failed to protect items on a wet day. Sold me Insurance that wasn't worth the money and didn't provide proper cover for the items damaged. Utterly ridiculous, shambles of a company. I am considering a legal claim.

        Excellent service and reasonable pricing. Removal staff were very good, nothing too much trouble..amazed they loaded and unloaded the van so readily. Transported to Somerset from Worcestershire, everything arrived on one peicebwoth nothing broken or damaged. Would not hesitate to recommend.
