I contacted them in August about a smiths fan coil that we needed installed into our orangery before the weather got colder. A lady on answer phone responded after I left her with two messages after the first one was ignored. She mentioned that they were busy and they could only come to check what was needed three weeks later but she would send me a confirmation. Due to the good comments I decided to accept. I never received a confirmation and on the day we had provisionally agreed I received a call that someone was coming in the next 30 min. I was at work but better half was working from home and let two guys as I was told in. Two weeks later and after I never heard back I called and went again to answer phone. I left a complaint and a few hours later I received a call from that lady telling me that they were too busy and would not take any more work till the next year. I said okay fair enough but why didn't you message me to let me know as she had my email. She said that she did but had the wrong email nonsense. Basically, they did not want to do the installation and could not be bothered communicating. Soon when there will be a slump in the building construction they will be crying for work. hmmm

Having previously arranged for work to be carried out at my Grandads house by John, and being impressed with the service, I contacted John again when I had issues at my own home. Attended when he said he would, fixed our problems and also serviced boiler. Very polite and respectful of our home. Worked quickly and efficiently. John is clearly very knowledgeable in his field and takes pride in his work. Very happy with the service and polite communications from office. Would definitely use again and will recommend to others. Services: Heating system maintenance, Heating system repair
