        Awful. Never use this pharmacy!! Never open on time, never have prescription ready despite leaving several days and often not in stock. Gambling with peoples health if you are dependent on a prescription

        My Husband came to collect my Insulin, getting to the shop at 11.30am Saturday and the door was was already locked. Does the owner have an explanation for this? It is totally out of order.

        Pharmacies are generally renowned for being inexplicably slow but Rowlands Pharmacy takes being slow to a whole new level. I'm going to try Hillview even through it's significantly further away.

        Never pick up the phone, been calling for weeks and just rings out, no one wants to travel to just ask if prescriptions are ready? Which they usually are not, even thou have a text to say will be ready after a certain date, never been ready once, never got through on the telephone to find this out before going down, never collect till after the date they have advised and still not done, when go in
