Friendly staff, unfortunately you are charging double the price for my over-the-counter medication than the internet so that's from 15 to 30 the internet will always be a bit cheaper but that is somewhat ridiculous I will only ever get a very rare prescription from you nothing else.

The staff at Knight's Headless Cross are so warm and caring and although I am sure they must get sick of the sight of me some weeks with the amount of prescriptions this family gets through, they are always friendly and welcoming. Unsurprisingly they know me by name and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I know how hard it must be to work in a Pharmacy, dealing with ill and miserable people day in day out so I commend them on their continually pleasant demeanour and thank them for their hard work.

A very helpful and friendly service, I've been suffering from Vertigo and my prescription was running late on the doctors surgeries end, however, a lovely pharmacist helped me find an over the counter equivalent that worked wonders for the days I was waiting for my prescription.
