        Closed outside of its normal opening hours meaning I couldn't pick up an emergency prescription that NHS 111 had sent there. Awful.

        Never answer the phone system is "always down" and mess you about from the jump. Absolute time wasters.

        One member of staff was on, doors locked and only three people were allowed in because she was alone working. No idea how she could do prescriptions I always thought a second person was needed to double-check them. Also the shop was absolutely filthy
