        I had an Otoscopy with Kasia and she found a lump in my ear which is hiding my left eardrum. This is currently being investigated but I just wanted to thank Kasia for her professional service. She was welcoming and also very informative every step of the way. Thanks again.

        Had a Otoscopy check carried out by a Kasia basically checking my ears for any possible problems like infection or any visible signs of problems. The service was very good Kasia explained everything in detail, what she is going to do and potential outcome. No problem for me but excellent courteous service
