        On 2 separate occasions I've tried to book my dog in just for a nail trim. A few months ago I tried calling and got no answer on the phone....expected if she is in the middle of a groom.....so I left a voicemail and sent WhatsApp. Got no call back and only got a reply to the WhatsApp when I sent a second one hours after she had read the first and the reply was short and rude. I responded and again got no reply. Last week I tried messaging again but on a Sunday so expected I may not get a reply until the Monday. I did however get a reply late Sunday night, which I then picked up Monday morning. Again, very short just asking when I could do that week. I replied saying I was off work Tuesday afternoon so could do about 1.30pm if she was free......guess what, no reply. I can't comment on her grooming techniques but her customer service is shocking!!!
