        Great facilities and equipment. Equipment unlike any youll find at a commercial gym. His PT is tailored and personal and he really takes the time to listen to YOUR goals rather than just a generalised plan for everyone. Oh and hes super open and accepting of anyone from any background. No judgment at all. Safe and accepting environment which as a gay man I always found difficult navigating the fitness world.

        Gavin is a top guy, excellent supplier of quality strength and conditioning equipment. In a time when it would have all too easy to make a killing in charging high end prices for gear, Gavin went down the totally fair priced and honest route, and shows what a good man he is. He also offers discounts to NHS staff.
