Really disappointed with the product and guarantee policy. I purchased a pair of ladies Trespass boots on 28th October 2019. The boots have come apart where they are stitched by the toe cap, on both boots and obviously let in water. Due to lockdown they havent done many miles. Took them back to the store today, only to be told that there is only a 6 month guarantee on faulty goods. Unbelievable that these leather boots were only expected to last such a short period of time. Needless to say I will not be buying from Trespass again.

Visited the store tk have a browse on sat 22 Feb 2020. Store well laid out and great offers. Purchased some great bargains. Was served by Drew and Joe who provided a first class service. Couldnt do enough for me without hindering me. Lovely young men who were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and genuine. The two gents are an asset to Tresspass .. One very happy customer
