I had already had my eyes tested elsewhere and decided to try here for my glasses, so glad I did. I took my eye prescription in and was served by a lovely lady called Jill. She explained everything to me, what the prices included and what was suitable for verifocals. I choose some lovely frames and was told 2/3 weeks for my glasses, but a week later they were ready to collect. Good experience and prices are brilliant, would use again.

Disappointed Ive been 5 times to the store and Im still without a pair of glasses. Staff are very friendly but it doesnt help me. I now have to go elsewhere for an eye test and another expense of more glasses. Im not on Facebook or twitter
