Had a great experience here after not being very happy with glasses Ive had elsewhere. Thorough test, and super advice on frames. Also attended a Colour Me Beautiful event which was a lot of fun and a really friendly atmosphere.

I spent a fun afternoon talking about what colours suit me before getting my eyes tested and then sorted out two quite different pairs of glasses to wear with different outfits and for different time of day and place

A very pleasant visit for a review of my eye sight. Well received upon my arrival and then throughout my time with the receptionist, the assistant and the consultant. All together a most welcome and constructive visit.

This was my first visit to Bainbridge and it will not be my last. The quality of service and professionalsim shown throughout was nothing short of exemplary. Everything was explained and I felt very much reassured at the end of my examination. Many thanks to Steve and his team.

I was very impressed with the care taken while I was in the shop. The eye test was far more thorough than the usual high street opticians. After the eye test, i was guided through picking suitable frames that suited me, not left to gaze at rows and rows of frames. Being very short-sighted i can't see what various frames look like on. I came away with the feeling that they really cared about you. I'm looking forward to getting my new glasses. This afternoon, less the 3weeks after my eye test I picked up my new glasses and sunglasses. As soon as I opened the shop door I was recognised and given a seat. A tray was brought with my new glasses laid out neatly. The fit of my both pairs glasses was checked and adjusted to a good fit, with the assurance to return for further adjustments if necessary. I left the shop feeling very happy and would recommend Bainbridge Opticians wholeheartedly to anyone. Thank you to Steve and Helen
