        Great trainer, great motivator. Ive started working with Gavin 4 weeks ago and I already went from 54 kg to 57 kg and from being depressed from a lost boxing match to be fully motivated to get better and stronger. Aside from being a trainer Gav is just a great person who been through a lot, he understands other peoples struggle and tries his best to help. Thank you Gavin for bringing the hope back in me and Ill see you at the gym

        Having undertaken a program of 20 sessions, I'm so pleased with the results! 2 stone down, 2.5" off my waist, I feel (and look!) much much better after a "COVID Lockdown Lull" and have found a PT who works with me towards my goals! Highly recommend Gav & the Transformation Gym! Anne-Marie.
