Quite possibly the worse care home around. Do not send your relatives here! My grandad had a bad fall during the first lock down,the home failed to tell me for over 2 months whilst I was trying to reach my grandad. We have since moved him on since the fall caused horrendous damage due to their negligence and theyve failed to keep up in the loop with his tenancy, eventually sorted it with the council again they did not tell us they told the new home who informed us and have since moved his stuff out and wont answer the phone or return calls to tell us where everything is! Disgusting it is being taken further and they are making it worse for themselves not ringing us back. So called manager Mel is just ignoring everyone..

they look after their residents and are always happy and polite and try and get old residents involved in things that are happening there so people dont feel left out
