I had a Gemini 2000 bath fitted which was paid for by a grant which is repayable if I sell the house. From the first enquiry the salesman stayed in touch using WhatsApp to send sometimes quite misogynistic memes. As this was the only Bath I wanted I chose to ignore it. Since the bath has been installed I have used it three times in as many years because the mat is not fit for purpose. Despite numerous promises from the managing director nothing has been forthcoming with regards to solving the problem and the prepaid servicing has not happened. I wish I had never laid eyes on on the new upgraded version of this Bath. I had to have the floor of my bathroom concreted because of the weight of the bath when full, this has made the bathroom freezing cold. I'm left with nothing but a bad taste, a white elephant and a 16 k debt
