Right Estate Agents Redditch

Effectively, Solihull office are scamming me with the holding deposit. They they pulled out of the deal and didn't refunded me. Few day later I found out they shut the operations down and can't help me with my money. This situation has caused frustration and inconvenience for me. I would recommend staying away from them, as they are not professional or honest people.

I first met Claire when she sold a house to my daughter back in 2014 and as I watched the whole process, realised that not only was Claire very good but also the support staff in the office - Ann and Sarah. When I decided to sell my house this year there was no hesitation on my part to put the sale in their hands. It saved me a considerable amount of money but it was the service and courtesy that was the driving factor in my decision. Many thanks to you all. House sold (you did a fab job) and I can move on. I have dealt with this company professionally and I recommend them for anyone selling or letting in the West Midlands (and surrounding). The people running it have loads of experience and local knowledge and they have utilised modern technology and trends to make the whole process more streamlined - the result of this is a massive cost saving which is passed onto the customer.
