Bathing Solutions

Bathroom fitted for my 87 year old mother charged 10,000 for a very small bathroom .There is only a sower and a basin as the toilet is in a separate room. She had to pay the full amount before work started which I thought was odd.. They then told her that her existing shower was good quality so they would re use it. She has not been refunded for the new shower she paid for . When she used the shower it leaked. Took her ages to get through on the phone to get someone out . They put some more sealant down. After waiting a couple of days for it to dry, she used the shower and it leaked again. Same rigmarole of trying to get through on the phone .I wait to see if the problem has now been solved.

bathing solutions put a shower unit in for us they are very good the fitter did a great job and kept the bathroom tidy the shower works a treat they are good

Fitter Tony Burridge was superb. In my 1882 building he encountered all the problems associated with this age. He came up with solutions and pushed forward with the walk in shower. He had an eye for detail and I was involved at every stage making it bespoke for me. The finish was gorgeous. Thank you to Alan the representative, Rose the surveyor and Tony the installer, all of you stars!

Did not call once during fitting, when they phoned to take final payment, I complained about the complete lack of contact, was told it was due to Covid and I needed to pay the final amount. Fitters left a mess outside the house all over the ground for weeks, including white plastic dust from sawing that embbeded in a black drive. The finished job has uneven joinings. The floor material has a gash in it and the shower temp has to be on maximum to be a normal hot shower. It can not go any hotter like the one they replaced. Shower curtain they used looks like they got it from pound land. Would not reccomend this company and I feel ashamed that I used them for my elderly mother's dream bathroom. They gain 1 star for the presales team.

From start to finish everything went to plan from the servey to finishing the job the materials are top quality and the installer kept us in the loop to make sure that we were happy with what he was doing every day all the staff have been ver helpful through the hole process
