        I've been phoning since 12th July, more than 8 times. Everytime I was told someone would phone me back, it's now October and still nothing. I've always had blinds from there and so has my family, but this time I'm really disappointed in the lack of basic customer service as I have been ignored for the last 4 months. Nobody has come back to me the 8 times that I have phoned. I will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on.
