Premier caravan & motorhome repairs

Struggling to recommend this place. Mark has had my campervan for 8 months...we had an agreement of it being a longer restoration over Winter which I was grateful of. However I now feel fobbed off and feel the quote given for the work to be completed is basically covering a very expensive storage charge.... I have asked 3 times for photo updates... still waiting. Very disappointed as little to no communication from Mark unless I initiate it. Mark has gone above and beyond helping me with my campervan which I unknowingly bought with MANY issues. He has kept in regular contact with updates and helped with advice and support on how to deal with the non-mechanical issues. Would definitely recommend Mark and his services. Cant thank him enough! Highly recommended. I took our VW T5 to Mark at Premier Caravan & Motorhome in Redditch, with a number of issues, (leaking pop-top roof / solar panel, duff leisure batt, leaking side door window, no leisure batt charger installed when hooked up & rear door strutts issue). Mark was hugely helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Took the van in the next day and he managed to fix and sort everything out, double quick time & for a very reasonable cost. Would not use them again, my advice to anyone thinking of using them don't. Mark is now saying he didn't do the repair but he did and can prove repair done 15th July 2022.

Mark was polite, helpful and fairly priced Solved an issue Mercedes and another garage couldn't sort Rare find these days
