        I booked through the Challenge Zone website over a month in advance. Got confirmation, reminders of activity... Turned up and it is closed. No-one is monitoring the website. I keep emailing for the refund but instead got automated email that they hope I enjoyed the activity. Well I did not - I had 6 disappointed 12years old. Total lack of communication and they still owe me 120.

        Planned an entire day in redditch with my nephew so we could visit. Opening times desperately need updating online google advises they open at 10am! We got there for 10:30 and there was a notice on the board stating they open at 12:30. Waited until 13:30 and they still werent open really disappointed!
