The managing director is very rude and dismissive. I had a short conversation with him trying to understand why the warranty on my battery was considered void, the whole time he just wanted to dismiss my questions and get me off the phone. In response to the comment below: Ben stated I would have to pay 120 to return the battery which would be at my cost if the warranty was in fact void. I tried to ask questions to determine whether the battery was void before returning it, which Ben seemed to think it was, I then was simply trying to understand how that could happen because what Ben said had happened (the battery had been left dead for while) simply wasn't true. Regardless of the matter, there is never an excuse to be dismissive and rude to someone. If you were listening to the conversation then please ask yourself whether you think he was agitated and dismissive and then maybe you can understand why the conversation resulted in this review.

We have been ordering solar inverters and batteries from powerland battery centre for the last 8 weeks and so far I'm very impressed with the service and turn around from order to delivery. Ben Newey has been our point of contact and he has been 5 star. Thanks Guys
