        Overall, not particularly great. Attended two interviews, the second one to which I was advised a decision would be reached on the same day by one of the Directors - after around a few days still no information back, so decided to withdraw my application and take my Project skills and experience elsewhere. Appreciate these things happen, but a level of mutual respect and feedback would have been appreciated especially given our professional working levels. Very much a disappointing experience and is sadly indicative of a company that lacks both transparency with external partners along with maintaining their own integrity in so far as to what they say. Hopefully lessons can be learnt going forward...
