Awful service. Ordered a suit 2 months in advance. Took weeks to arrive to try on. Was measured incorrectly. Never had a single call despite giving my number 2 maybe 3 times. I had to do all the chasing. Price quoted as 120 to 130 dependant on whether I had a shirt, was charged 145. No tie was supplied. Was told another from the group had collected it but they had not. Was told a pocket square would be included but it wasn't. Had to supply my own tie (which was refunded to be fair). Blamed bank holidays, supplier, couriers, took no responsibility whatsoever. Told my replacement suit would be in on Tuesday after Easter as it was already on the way and the courier was late. Courier label shows it was despatched ON the Tuesday. I'll make no further comment about this. For a company that's apparently been established for 200 odd years according to some of their responses, despite it saying 1831 on their logo, I'd expect better. They're the only place to hire from in Redditch and I'd recommend looking further afield. No prices online. Very lax service as there is no competition. You can buy a decent M&S suit for not much more, and a shirt of equal quality for less from Next. Wish I had. In anticipation of their response, this review is my own view and my experience. I genuinely lost sleep for a week in fear I'd have nothing to wear to a wedding. I'd never hire again from here, should I need a suit I'll try the place in Alvechurch who happily display prices, which also seem lower, or I'll buy. Complete and utter regret at us having parted with money to this outfit of so called outfitters.

Ordered a suit from here, pleasant attitude from all members of staff, prepped my suit and came out with a smile on my face. Will be returning to buy a new suit here when the occasion calls for it. Thanks Stewart, for the pleasant assistance, and for coping with me, it was a darn good experience to buy my first ever suit.

If I could give 0 stars I would! After explaining to Dean at the shop our other suit shop experiences which were not great he sold us a dream that soon came crashing down after we paid our deposit for 11 suits! After telling us all our suits would arrive in shop early January ready for our 4th Feb wedding they didn't! 2 weeks before the wedding all the suits had finally arrived so he said! We'd ordered my partners shoes which didn't arrive and some of the suits even though they were measured in store came stupidly wrong, we had trousers arrive at different times as they didnt arrive with the rest of the suits! Also After telling us all alterations are done in house we found out they wasn't and they'd be a cost much more then he'd stated, to top it off the suits and shoes ended up being more money and he only told us the day we had to pay! and he got my sons shoes wrong so the day before our wedding we were picking up suits from alterations praying they were finally right and searching for shoes for my little boy! If I could go back and go somewhere else I would without a doubt I'd dodge this place they want your money then they don't care! Ruined my partners experience running up to our big day!
