        DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. You treat your staff with utter disdain and contempt. Your clients do not know who their care worker is from one day to the next as staff do not stay with your company for very long. You know exactly what I am talking about. Also, when you lose staff, you blatantly REFUSE to give warranted / earned references. you run a despicable regime that you ought to be ashamed of.

        The carers from Old Friends Care have been excellent while taking care of my mother, the girls have always been respectful and always happy, while the cov19 hasbeen so horrible these girls and boys have put themselves into the frontline and sometime are over looked by the powers that be, my husband and I have been very grateful for Old Friends care and their support. I know I shouldn't mention one person who's care and patient has been outstanding but I will Collett you get our award for carer to my mum. Thank you all.

        Have this care agency for my mum and the words I hear most frequently are sorry we are not allowed to do that. some of there carers are really good but then there is an equal amount who just shouldn't be doing the job. I wont go into details but please oversee these carers closely if you have the need to use them.
