Excellent service!! We recently rented a house with AP Morgan in Redditch. Aur agent Laura made the whole process very pleasant for us. Her service was efficient, meticulous and detailed. The moving in process was also smooth and hassle free. I would highly recommend AP morgan and Laura Bishop!!

Having previously had a nightmare with a different estate agent, I searched far and wide for an agent that I could trust. Lauren has far exceeded my expectations in letting out our property, and has been nothing but an ongoing delight. She always responds immediately, and has kept in contact every step of the way. I am looking forward to her managing our property

AP Morgan Estate Agent Review I had a probate property to sell and instructed AP Morgan Estate Agents following a strong recommendation by a friend. My whole customer journey was absolutely seamless from start to finish. I was warmly welcomed by Joe Phillips, Branch Director, who explained the options open to me and how they could help. There were no pushy sales tactics and the ability to talk to me in laymens terms was really quite refreshing. He had an absolute wealth of knowledge and I trusted him instantly. If ever I had any questions, Joe always made himself available to talk. It quite literally felt as though I was his only client and yet I knew how busy he (and his team) were! Once the house was on the market, I had dealings with the rest of the team, mainly for confirming viewings, and I must say that I found them all to be very friendly, helpful and professional. It has been a great pleasure working with Joe and his team. I have never come across anyone who is more dedicated and hardworking as Joe, and yet he will give his clients all the time that they need. Thats a rare quality which has, somehow, transferred onto each of his team members. Result: Joes advice paid off. I got the maximum price for my Grandparents property with the minimum amount of stress because AP Morgan took care of it all. An amazing estate agents, I can completely and confidently recommend them to everyone.
