        Since joining with St Stephens and post covid, this gp has never been so poor. Been trying to organise a prescription for my son for approx 4 weeks now only to be told its going to be sorted yet at the next pharmacy visit it isn't. You call them up at exactly opening time and you're number 30+ in a queue only to wait on hold for 30 mins to find out there's no appointments left. Whats the point of even having a gp if even the basics are a struggle.

        Delt with swiftly got my diagnosis within a month. Dr Mcgregor was so lovely with pushing through my Barium swallow test.

        Very pleasant receptionists and nice doctors nothings to much for them to deal with also they are partnered up With ST Stephens doctors never had a problem with both
