Lansalot are absolutely amazing! Have been working directly with them for around 18 months and they are extremely hard working, anything my business requires is always done quickly and efficiently. Recently we had some last minute changes, wasn't a problem for Jon and his amazing team/family here! To this day they have never let me or my business down and I would highly recommend to anyone. We had some issues with our internet connection, Jon tried to resolve the problem over the phone but this did not work so Jon traveled to our office arriving in 40 minutes and got us up and running within minutes. Excellent service Thank you.

An IT support business that treats you like a human being? Definitely! Lansalot are more interested in ensuring your system works as you need it to, not in forcing you to change to suit a package. Very consciencious about getting security right but they understand that we all work in different ways. I'm IT literate and my own experience is not dismissed but taken into account and developed to improve our system. A business I can really trust.

Lansalot have been helping us at work to buy new equipment, set up new laptops, set up files, transfer data and securely dispose and erase old hardware. They have been really excellent - they respond quickly to queries, are very fair on their costs, and carry out the tasks with a real professionalism. It is also very reassuring to know that they take data security extremely seriously., which is critical in our work. I would highly recommend them. Five stars plus.
