Too many dryers not working. 2 dryers 1 washing machine not working today.

Used large machine and could not open it, I rang the owner who told me I had overfilled the machine. I told him I had not overfilled it and he said I needed to put another 1 into the machine to make it open. The slot was stuck so the owner had to come out to sort it. He opened up the money box and restarted the machine once it had spun it opened. He agreed I did not overfill it. I was happy with the dryer everything was dry in half hour. However I was disappointed to see the next person to use the machine put what looked like a sheet used for plastering which had plaster dust falling out of it as it was put into the machine with work clothes, the owner was still there at this time and told him he needed to put bleach into the machine as his washing was too dirty to be cleaned with just washing powder. I dont think that sort of thing should be put into a washing machine that is used for normal washing. I would not use this laundrette again for this reason.
