        Compared to bromsgrove site the staff here are both friendly and helpful. Needs a booking system like bromsgrove though, at least no queues there. Lets hope they stay approachable and don't make it a nightmare to visit.

        after losing my car keys today totally my own fault.the staff could not have been more helpful. Stuart (one of the staff)was beyond reproach in assuring me it was not a problem .My keys were retrieved and i am very grateful. Thanks again to all staff
