I ordered two names to stick on a wine glass and table setting on april 27th and when i check the delivery date it said it will take up to the 3rd May, its now thursday and i messaged them and was informed that its been posted by second class and would take up to 12 days, but when i asked my local sorting office he laughed and said whder did he post it 2nd class from Australia. He then said its Royal mails fault and i informed him i would ne leaving a honest but negative review on Amazon and i got message back saying he was going to see a friend of the family who is a legal adviser, and informed me he has took other buyers to court for leaving negative reviews and won and also took the royal mail to court and won, I've not laughed so much in all my life, but ii am also quite worried about how long the jail term is going to be for leaving a negative review but i am hoping my order arrives before my parole date, i am sure you will be able to see the case updates on the news at ten, "FREE THE MANCHESTER ONE" if you do not want to share a cell with me shop elsewhere, worst customer service ive ever had
