The weights came fast; but they require an Allen key and are near impossible to use, especially mid superset when needing to swap plates for different exercises. They recommend only the clips that come with them and 30mm clips offline don't fit their weights. 50mm would be too big, so I'm stuck. They've been a very expensive set of decorations at this point since I can't use them efficiently.

I wrote the below review on TrustPilot, having received extremely poor service from the company. Despite Gavin not bothering to reply to any of my emails or refund me for a product he has failed to deliver, he seems to have the time to write a lengthy message on TrustPilot explaining why people shouldn't trust reviews on that site, and should look at Google instead. I am therefore reposting this review here for all to see. I would also suggest people to go TrustPilot to take a look at other similarly negative reviews (although surprisingly a few positive ones have now popped up there - been busy, Gavin?). I am sure some people have been more than happy with the service they have received, but I'm afraid that was not the case for me. As mentioned, Gavin could have just dealt with this by replying to any of my emails, or refunding me my money. PS - any chance you could actually send me my money back, seeing as you still haven't delivered on my order from 2 months ago???? Original review: DO NOT USE. This company appears to be a scam. Ordered an item for delivery in 7-10 days. Hadn't received it 3 weeks later and have been chasing ever since. No response to any emails. Did receive a standard email saying my item would be out for delivery the next day, however the courier link just shows they are expecting the item, but have not received it. Now a further 3 weeks have passed and still no response.

Picked up some clothing and gym wear from this local brand - great quality, wears well and looks good! Great customer service too! Also spotted they sell home gym equipment! Thanks Gav!
