EDIT: It is now 2021 and the place is still going strong. The gym has a wide ranging appeal from all walks of life, from old and young. They teach real-world skills from a variety of disciplines. Best place to learn a combat sport in Redditch, I believe.

The atmosphere is very family orientated :) we look forward to many years of experience from here! from the very skilful instructors and coaches. First two sessions are free so you decide for yourself :)
