Very disappointing seller service. I ordered 12 matching light bulbs, of which 8 turned up with a note saying the remaining were on back-order. When those 4 turned up, they were not a match, nor even close. Photos on the website may not be accurate and the wattage as listed on the website, on the invoice, and on the product packaging were all different. They do not answer the phone - all correspondence must be by email. I will not use this company again.

There is nothing good to say about this company. They don't answer your phone calls (25 times I called them), They don't answer emails (sent to two different email addresses), Their online contact form doesn't work (Java script error). They send out a different product to what you've ordered & claim 'its their right' - although that is not on their website nor terms & conditions on there. They have three different property address - one on an email they sent, another on their website & another on the order form. This company & the parent company are registered on Companies House - which is about the only correct thing I have found. My only way of contacting them was through PayPal & their response was very limited (ie once). When the incorrect product I received was returned to the address given, it was taken in by a neighbour at a different address as the office wasn't open. I would advise not to use this company whatsoever.

Not to be trusted! The company is totally unresponsive and a scam. Ordered 300 worth of lighting and nothing has arrived, impossible to get through to anyone on the phone or email. Seems like the website is just a front. Shop elsewhere!

Trail shredder
Bought a decent quantity of Intergral bulbs from here, they arrived no problem but when they started failing and I needed replacements under warranty, Everything LED were useless and bulbs never got replaced, they just stopped replying to emails. I would not use again and would not recommend. My advise shop elsewhere...

Understand we are in difficult times and deliveries might be slow, but ordered some lights over a week ago, had an email to confirm the order - but numerous emails unreplied to since and 4 unanswered phone calls today are getting me a bit concerned! I only want to know roughly when they will arrive, not being precious!
