        I was represented by Mr Parsons in a small matter which involved explaining myself in court. Thanks to Mr Parsons vast knowledge and expertise I was saved from any further dealings with the law, he and his team are extremely professional and are very friendly. I would recommend this firm if you happen to have your collar felt in the Redditch area.

        What can I say? Words fail me, I was "represented" by Mr Parsons for what would have been rudimentary practice for any carribean trained law student, Mr Parsons, to put it mildly displayed some of the worst attempts at cross examination I have ever had the misfortune to witness, his ineptitude were both embarrassing and costly to listen to, I cringed all the way through, he failed at every stage to notify me of any court dates, including the appeal, I had to get Charles Strachan and Co to clean up his mess. Sluggish, Stooped, Defeatist, spoke with a look of resignation, took no notice of the simplest instructions, I suspect he did it on purpose because no one could be that stupid, well, I'm flagging his malpractice with the legal ombudsman and I CAN ONLY WARN OTHERS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS PLACE DESERVES THE ACCOLADE OF SOLICITORS FROM HELL. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.
