A cooling fan in one of our Mazaks failed causing the Mazatrol 640T Nexus Controller to overheat and damage several PC boards. The controller was returned to Maz who diagnosed and replaced the faulty components and returned the unit to us within a week. A very efficient and cost effective sevice with excellent communications to boot.

When we bought our Integrex we had many concerns, one of them was finding a trustworthy seller, now I think we must have found the best one on the market. One year after our purchase not only are we very pleased with the machine but we are mesmerized by the quality of the after sale service we got. Straight from the first contact we had an honest, realist and very thoughtfull exchange about the machine's condition and we quickly knew that we had finally found the real deal. Since the purchase they have helped us out multiple times, everytime they nailed the problem straight away and offered a solution that got us back to work in no time.
