Joe's Jungle Soft Play

One of the best soft plays in redditch one of my children was hurt by another child and a lovely lady who works there got her an ice pack and gave her a lolly pop!

Absolutely disgusted with this place. We decided to book to bring the children over the Christmas period as a treat. We paid 14 for a 2 hour slot, the website said the slot started at 2pm. We arrived bang on 2pm and the place was already busy, I asked the girl who said since Covid they've kept to 2 hour slots but people can arrive when they want to. I said that is ridiculous we've been sat at home waiting for our slot, it should just say you are open. She explained that they close to clean the place over lunch, it is filthy there is no way it has been cleaned, dirty tables, the floor is disgusting (photos attached). Really disappointed with a poor experience. Updated on the back of Joe Jungles comments: We did not "choose" to sit at a dirty table, they were all filthy! As you can see from the pictures of the floor, that covers a wide area and not just around where we sat. No-one was cleaning around us, there was no one cleaning the entire area and no-one spoke with us apart from when we checked in at the front door. Sort it out Joe's Jungle, don't lie about it!!

Clean as a soft play could be, good staff and general appearance of the place. Drinks were good and prices reasonable for food and play. I usually go in to help out 1 year old and it's the first place I've been too where I haven't come out with brown knees and hands from crawling around. Lost a star as definitely over 3s in the under 3 area and also kids not being supervised by parents clearly when it states supervision needed. Yes I know I sound like a 'Karen' but it's these kids making the younger children not want to visit here again, and I'm definitely not alone in my thoughts don't have actual rules if they aren't followed. Spoke to a member of staff who said they would pass the message on to monitor but that certainly didn't happen for the remainder of our stay and the older kids kept coming back.
