has a meal last night 28th November , terrible quality food, onion bhajis were hard and chewy, lamb karahi was so salty we could not eat it, will not order from here again,

My first problem was I ordered just after 6pm and the delivery was estimated at 7:50pm so I thought must be a good sign must be busy. So wrong was that thought. I'll never have food from here again disappointing.

Booked through just eat, waited an hour after the proposed delivery to chase it and was told it was on its way, waited a further 30 mins with no food. Restraunt clicked delivered on just eat, so I chased it again only to be met with a an apologetic gentleman who advised it hadn't been cooked. Really disappointed with this service and dishonesty

Shocking service, food was 35mins late and cold, no call to say they were running late, had no apologies!

If I could give it no stars I would. We ordered on 'just eat' to make it easier for ourselves. It came 30 minutes later than the expected time on the tracking page but the time never changed and they didn't ring to tell us. I had to ring to see where the food was and got a really rude person on the phone because the first time I called he said it would be 5 minutes, I then waited a further 10 minutes from that phone call to ring again and then he then said it should be with us and to hold on for him to go check outside where he was to see if the driver was there still I was holding for 5 - 10 minutes before he hung up on me without speaking. We waited a further 10 minutes and I rang up again for him to be rude and almost shout down the phone to say it should be with me now, when he first answered the last call it wasn't but by the time he finished talking to say it was with me it was.
