If I could give it no starts I would!! Been living here for a year and a bit now and the washing machines and tumble dryers wont work! They expect everyone to keep a high maintenance. Flats tidy. higine etc but yet 16 flats are trying to get all there washing done with one tumble dryers that takes 3 hours to dry and two washing machine. This is not the level of responsibility as landlords I would expect for a place for young mothers and there children. They are quick to complain about how the residents keep there flats even if we are single moms or have partners at work or have colleges or work ourselves. They keep saying they are sending people to fix the problem but it needs replacing!!! Its not fair in any way for us familys. They postpone the moving out stage for silly reasons. And because or some clothes left on the side in the wash room we was threatened with a time schedule that we would all (16 flats) have to get our washing done in the 5 hours that the staff are in and they would change the locks so we cant get in!!! When one of the washing machine was leaking we all got told that it needed to be sorted or the schedule would be put in place even know it was not our fault. Theres also been reported mould in many of the flats and they have raked months to sort it. DO NOT GO HERE!!
