Arrowside Unit - Sexual Health Within Alexandra Hospital Site

This place has probably the best services in the entire NHS. Wish everywhere would be like here. Nurses, staff and reception so friendly, explain everything you need to know. Feels welcoming and relaxed. Service provided very professional and time effective. Always get appointment when I need.

If I could zero stars to the admin staff I would, it is absolutely impossible to get through in the phone- I have been unable to ring for my results for over a month. Nurses there are lovely but the admin and reception are criminally useless

If I could give zero stars I would. My sister phoned to get booked in for contraception and the receptionist couldnt have been any more rude. My sister asked if she could make an appointment to which she was told not really no, but tell me what it is you want and Ill see what we can do. My sister proceeded to tell her and was told absolutely not, youll have to go on the waiting list. Waiting list isnt the issue, its the way my sister was spoken to. Appalling

Have my contraceptives done there and love this place. Always nice and polite staff, explain everything well. Was easier to book appointment or just pop in before but due Covid now harder to reach trough the phone. I anyway prefer come in when you have appointments only as then you dont see so much cheating husbands coming for tests.
