Acupuncture

8 yrs ago I was told by one of the top authorities on upper backs and necks that the arthritis in my neck was so bad that i needed to stop work. At 55 with a mortgage and family this was not possible. I was put on drugs equivalent to those treating cancer. The side effects where so bad that I couldnt work so had to stop taking them. I had already had acupuncture of the doctor and was told that it had indeed made me worse. In desperation and not believing in acupuncture but with no were else to go I went to Julia. Someone that had been trained in the traditional way. I am now 63 and are pain and drug free. I ride a bike 23mls most weeks and run an average of 4mls twice a week on a running machine. I can not thank Julia enough as she hasnt only turned my life around but also that of my wife and daughter who used to suffer the consequences of a very agitated dad.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. We found her on Google and messaged the weekend for my sister who was in incredible pain with her back. Julia messaged back detailing cost and follow up cost along with how she wanted paying and said she could fit us in. We got my sister into the car and on a very uncomfortable journey to meet Julia at the time she told only to turn up to no answer to the door. We rang and her phone rang out to voicemail(the next evening to be told her battery had died, yet the phone still rang !!!) 30 minutes of waiting outside in the cold and having calls ignored. The next day we were told she thought she had sent her new address by text as they had not long moved so it was our fault yet message received about the money she wanted but not a new address. She was quite abrupt in text message even saying she didn't want to play text tennis yet proceeded to message the following day, very rude and unprofessional. On Google her address is one place and website another. We found the whole experience and lack of professionalism along with her bad attitude quite cold and uncaring. 100% would not recommend.
