Definitely recommend this foot clinic. I've had my first appointment with them today and my feet haven't been this soft for years! They really know what they are doing. Experts.

I'm so sorry to have to make this review, Lucy is a lovely person but I must admit the pedicure I had felt less than professional and has left my feet in very poor condition. I now have a nail fungal infection in both of my big toe nails, the nails have not grown and is cracked and flakey. I've had athletes foot and also a verruca. I've never had any of these problems in my life of 50 years. It's too much of a coincidence, after going here. She took so much longer than my usual pedicure takes, it had been the usual time between my pedicure treatments, but because my usual Pedicurist couldn't keep the appointment so I looked for a local alternative, I spotted an add and thought the reviews all look positive. On entering the room (upstairs above an old terraced house) it felt dark and cold with an overwhelming smell of burning incense sticks. The area where I was shown to sit looked unchanged and the room tired and out dated and the implements used infelt possibly not fresh from a sterilisation. She spent so much time nipping away at hard skin with cuticle nippers and said I should have booked into the foot care side because she thought my feet needed extra work. I've never been told this and it was a surprise. Also when she was finally painting my nails it was very basic and not the usual shellac finish which is long lasting. My appointment was at 4pm and after an hour I was still there. My usual salon takes no more than 30 minutes...it felt very unprofessional, with even the finishing touches, she had run out of finishing oil, so rubbed olive oil into my nails instead. I've spoke to Lucy and she assured me all was sterile. However I'm left with foot issues I've never had and feel it's important to mention this to those who wish to use the foot clinic in the future. I do hope this will be a one off.
