        A great independent gym with a great equipment selection and good personal trainers who push you to perform.

        Top gym, friendly owners, plenty of kit, space, and a nice atmosphere. I've trained at several gyms above the last 20 years and this place is great. I believe there are plans for more equipment and potential expansion. Great for functional training, bodybuilding, some powerlifting stuff and enough for a CrossFit workout too. All in all very impressed.
