        Been at Kelly's for a while now. Been great since going back after the last lockdown. Kelly is amazing at coaching us to be the best we can, and I've managed to get lots of personal best lifts, after years of going to the gym without progressing, in only a few months. All types and ages go, which is great for community spirit. Have a real laugh with everyone!

        Kelly and Cam are fantastic fitness coaches! They really put you at ease, take into account any niggles you might have and adapt exercises accordingly; all whilst gently pushing you to do a bit more and get the most out of the sessions. There's loads of different pieces of equipment and types and times of session to suit everyone! Highly recommended
