        They are not helpful at all, they are clueless about the different type of services offered by the job centres. They are not helping customers but instead they frustrated them intentionally with unprofessional approach.

        Totally unhelpful! Went in, greated by a condescending receptionist. Told everyone was out at Lunch. Asked about finding a job told to see a guy sitting in the corner playing with his mobile. He just said apply for work on line! So why is he there!? Honestly the hardest thing these people have to do is decide what to have for Lunch!
