The staff is kind but the waiting hours are ridiculous, 2 people got sick while waiting from which a young lad collapsed on the floor after waiting several hours and another lady started crying in pain and she was ignored theyve been understaffed for years now, its ridiculous and a disgrace.

Arrived at A&E to save an ambulance bringing me in. The staff triaged me very quickly and a senior doctor called Vicky dealt with me so very thoroughly and with the upmost patience and care. I had to have X-rays and scans and bloods, and despite them being very busy, every member of staff was fantastic x thank goodness for the NHS and thank you everyone at Redditch A&E for being so marvellous x

Please refer to st John's medical center review as am currently sat on a ward here and so far the patient care is at second to everything else might change review highly unlikely though I do understand that it gets busy but the service is appalling 4th time on three occasions was sent home after being told that my kidney stone is over 20 mm taking into account a normal stone is 1-2mm and that it would be operated on in December am still waiting what a joke Worcester NHS trust is lacking in everything especially caring staff have now waited 12 hours for pain relief and on that I wish I was joking

I have very recently been admitted to the Hospital for surgery, and can honestly say that this is the best Hospital I have ever stayed in, I was in Ward 17, and the staff , without exception, were outstanding. Every nurse, doctor, cleaner, orderly, volunteer etc., etc., were so hardworking, kind, caring, understanding, courteous. I could go on and on. Keep up the very good work.
