Moved into new house after a year noticed a leak on boiler was told from friend about Bwarm as she had good experience, god knows how! friendly approach boiler inspected pointed out obvious leak and said it needed a service and to be fixed we asked for a quote and price and would of been willing to pay in full strait away but was told he needed to check for parts, we've emailed several times to follow up but no response for months then managed to get contact but still nothing. Personally a waste of time and effort on false promises. your better off looking for a professional because clearly these are not!

Booked an engineer for a call out, nobody turned up at the arranged time. Left it an hour then called numerous times and nobody has picked up the phone. Meanwhile I'm sat at home with no heating or hot water in the middle of December.

Consistency late, if they turn up at all. If they are running late, they don't call in advance to inform you and if they can't make the appointment they don't call up and tell you.
