James tackled a very difficult plumbing job with patience, intelligence and diligence. He is very fair with his prices, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, goes the extra mile, and is a true professional. After many years of considering installing a downstairs toilet & basin, and after so many experts telling us it couldnt be done due to the location within the house, a neighbour, who had already used James to successfully sort a long-standing problem with her central heating, recommended him, after a couple of visits to discuss & measure up, James provided a very competitive quote, and successfully completed the installation of a new downstairs toilet. There are no negatives to this man, good price, diligent approach, personable, knowledgeable and did exactly what he said he would. Wed have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone in need of a first class tradesman. Any plumbing/gas/ central heating work we need doing in future, James is the only contact we need.

Absolutely outstanding service. James went above & beyond the call of duty after my boiler was deemed unfit. He ensured all pipe work was working, fitted a new boiler & thermostat & fully tested the system. I cannot praise his work highly enough, he was so professional and to top it all off, a smashing guy as well. Don't go anywhere else.
