I have undertaken work for Anna Bateman of Halycon Education and always find her to be extremely professional, efficient and totally committed to delivering an excellent service to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. Anna undertakes a wide range of work, working with children and young people, school staff and parents and carers and is totally flexible in her approach depending on her target audience. She ensures she is constantly up-to-date with new developments within her area of specialism as well as with the broader educational context. I thoroughly enjoy working with Anna as she is a very positive and proactive practitioner. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her services.

It has been a professional pleasure to start working with Anna this year. Her knowledge and experience are extensive. Her training on developing a whole-school approach was very well received and I hope we can repeat it to many more Staffordshire schools.
