Awful experience but what do you expect from the Uk gov no one care or likes their job/wants to help anyone sort it out remember that people are trying to pass their tests and youre just unfriendly and awful to deal with.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. No signs to say test centre. No parking. Nothing mentioned in confirmation email other than no waiting facilities, which to me does not me no parking but something else. Have to use back entrance. No empathy or compassion from staff member. Granted I was late and nothing could be done but sometimes there are things out of our control, and a bit of understanding and help would go a long way.

i have mixed reviews about this test centre. first time. marvin was awful with me and very rude. he seemed anxious the second he got in the car which made me nervous. i failed. second time round i had trevor i think his name was and he was sooo lovely. chatting to my mum, asking me questions about myself, and even helped me out on roundabouts since he knew i didnt know the area. for the test itself... it is insanely hard im not gonna lie. the amount of hills and cars parked on the road. its pretty mad round there so i recommend doing at least 10 hours driving round there to get familiar (if you dont live there like me) goodluck guys and remember that the examiners are not out to get you. if you fail then you are not ready. focus on bettering your driving and not bashing the one guy who was testing you
