Dr S D Oliver - Winyates Health Centre

Hi ex patients.of Dr oliver, the level of care I was promised did not happen.don't see the logic in waiting for 4 weeks for an emergency referral.and then she phones you.and you are suffering,l put the phone down on her,and she didn't bother refering me then.lf I saw Dr oliver in the street l would call her over and have a word with her.why I was lied to , saying I will support David all I can.its not a service it's just neglect.not helping the most valuable people in society.she should be ashamed of her self.and is in the wrong job, because what I have experienced she doesn't care joke

This has to be the worse health centre in the whole of Redditch. I've lived here 20 years nearly and the service has gone from bad to worse. It is now taking ONE MONTH to get a routine GP appointment and even when you get seen you get 10-15 minutes max. Third world countries have better healthcare. Go private, it's worth it.
