Never answer the phone, spend hours waiting for an appointment. If its not an emergency you have to wait 3+ weeks for an appointment & seems like sometimes they have no idea what they talking about.. like once told me daughter had a sore throat and said just give her lots of liquid and calpol took her hospital instead & she had tonsillitis & needed ibuprofen and antibiotics. Honestly even woodrow was better than that and its closed down what does that say about winyates.

Worst doctors that seem to get away with bad practice all the time, took them over a year to send my son for tests when I kept going there only to find out he had stage 4 cancer Hodgkin's lymphoma, told us to find another doctors as not in their catch ment through the pandemic 2020 applied at many doctors in my area which at the time doctors are to busy to see their own patients, then they give my son 1 vaccine as high risk and inform me last week a year later they have passed my details on to surgery by me but cant tell me which 1 and to ring round them and find out, we have now found out which surgery we are with but they have run out of the vaccine so I dont know when he will get the 2nd dose, the reception staff are rude and no help, they text you rather then give you a promised call back, glad I am away from there and my son just hope we can get his 2nd dose done soon and hopefully they dont do what they did to me leave the loud speaker to call through the next patient on only to have a nurse come in half way through your appointment to tell the doctor they had left it on !
